We deliver orders within South Africa using The Courier Guy.
Delivery rates
  • Orders under R750: Standard delivery is R99.
  • Orders of R750 or more: Free standard delivery.
Remote & Outlying Areas
The Courier Guy applies an additional regional surcharge for all deliveries located outside of major metropolitan hubs (such as farms, plots, and small rural towns). If your delivery address falls into an outlying zone, we may contact you before dispatching your order to cover the regional courier surcharge.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, weekends, public holidays, and any unexpected courier delays. Please note that carrier transit estimates do not include our internal order processing time.
Tracking
Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking link to follow your delivery progress directly with The Courier Guy.
Important information
  • Phone Number Required: A valid mobile phone number must be provided at checkout. The courier requires this to send tracking notifications, delivery updates, and secure collection PINs.
  • Address Accuracy: Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. If the courier cannot deliver because the address is incorrect or no one is available to receive the parcel, additional redelivery charges or delays may apply.
