Thank you for shopping at LWKey. We want you to be completely satisfied with your modern workspace and gadget upgrades. 

1. Return Window
We offer a clean 14-day return window from the exact day your tracking link confirms delivery. Items must be completely unused, packed inside their original unsealed product boxes, and include all manual inserts or wiring cables.

2. Return Shipping & Local Couriers
Because we keep our retail prices low, customers are responsible for paying their own return courier shipping costs back to our local hub. We recommend sending your package via a secure, tracked local service like The Courier Guy, Pudo, or Bob Box. 

3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If a gadget or accessory arrives broken, unglued, or completely non-functional straight from the warehouse courier drop, please email Lwkeystore@gmail.com within 48 hours with clear video proof. We will arrange a free local courier exchange or process a 100% full refund at zero extra cost to you.

4. Exclusions
Please note that clearance sale items and custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.
